There is a great difference between having the ambition to be sustainable and really being sustainable. In order to implement a strategy successfully employees at all different levels need to believe in the motives of the organization. Moreover, the internal implementation is extremely important for the external credibility. 

The 'inside of sustainability' is about sustaining the organisation, from energy use to office materials. In addition, it is about stimulating the employees to implement sustainability in their own work.
