With chain stores such as Kruidvat and Trekpleister, A.S. Watson Benelux is the largest health & beauty retailer in the Benelux. Their ambition is to make health and ‘looking good’ easily accessible for everyone.

Challenges

Customers want to be able to trust that A.S. Watson deals responsibly with people, animals and the environment. To share their sustainability strategy and results, A.S. Watson Benelux wanted to make an accessible and comprehensive CSR report for 2017.

Actions

The Terrace supported A.S. Watson Benelux with:

  • A well-organized page plan;
  • A health-oriented creative concept;
  • Internal and external interviews;
  • Copywriting;
  • And making the transition to the GRI Standards.

Results

Through a cooperative and a result-oriented approach, A.S. Watson obtained:

  • An inspiring and interactive CSR report for 2017;
  • Two simple digital one-page infographics (Dutch and French) to communicate A.S. Watson’s ambitions towards employees;
  • Wider support for the CSR strategy;
  • Input to further refine the CSR strategy;
  • Positive reactions from inside and outside the organisation.
